Author Guidelines

Participants are required to submit their abstracts through the official submission portal at uns.id/10thFANRes_abstract. All submitted abstracts will undergo a review and selection process conducted by the FANRes scientific committee. Once the abstract is accepted, participants will receive a formal notification of acceptance along with instructions for proceeding with the conference registration payment.

Participants must complete the conference fee payment within the specified timeframe to secure their participation in the event. Below are the important guidelines that authors must carefully follow to ensure a smooth submission, review, and publication process for the 10ᵗʰ FANRes 2025:

  • Submit the abstract to the 10ᵗʰ FANRes 2025 organizer by the specified deadline.
  • Do not upload the manuscript to the publication platform unless officially instructed by the Scientific Committee.
  • Submission to any alternative publication outlet is strictly prohibited.
  • Once the abstract is accepted, participants will receive a formal notification of acceptance along with instructions for proceeding with the conference registration payment and full paper submission by email.
  • Ensure that the manuscript is formatted according to the specific guidelines of the chosen publication outlet.
  • The decision on manuscript acceptance will be made solely by the editorial board of the selected journal, based on reviewer evaluations—independent of the 10ᵗʰ FANRes 2025 committee.
  • For accepted manuscripts, a publication fee known as an Article Processing Charge (APC) will be applicable. The APC must be paid directly to the journal by the corresponding author.
